One of my favourite flavour combinations - lemon & hazelnut praline! I used a sweet pastry based, and filled it with a crunchy hazelnut praline & lemon cream. To create the decoration, I used a ridged piping nozzle and piped a vanilla whipped ganache on top of a white chocolate disc. Finally I topped it with a dark chocolate stick! | Matt Adlard
