This is how you make any stainless steel pan non-stick! You can cook ANYTHING in a stainless steel pan such as pancakes, eggs, mushrooms, meat, and it won’t stick if you’re preheating your pan properly. The trick is to achieve something called the Leidenfrost effect which allows water to glide like a bead once the pan is hot enough letting you know it’s ready to be used.
