He then became the “Wondering Boy.” 🤔 Webb’s mom had a recording of “Wondering.” It was written by Jack Golding and Joe Werner. For years, many believed Joe Werner was the original writer of the song. However, historians now know the song is a cover of a Jack Golding 1928 recording for Gennett records called “Wondering”.
