HOOVER, AL — Mississippi State baseball got an extra day at the SEC tournament, but it still resulted in a first-round loss. The No. 11 seed Bulldogs (34-21) were hammered 9-0 by No. 14 Texas A&M (29-25) at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium on May 21. The game was played one day later because of forecasted severe weather the previous night.

The Aggies changed their starting pitcher after Tuesday's game was postponed and the decision worked out great. Should the Bulldogs have done the same?

With the SEC Tournament now single elimination, Texas A&M baseball looks to continue its season versus a hot Mississippi State team in Hoover, Ala.
