In a civil case filed in Florida April 1, Joseph Manzaro alleges, according to court docs obtained by E! News, that he was "drugged, transported against his will, and sexually maimed as a victim of a coercive and organized criminal enterprise,

The accuser says he at one point came across LeBron James at the party held at the home of Gloria and Emilio Estefan.

The new complaint was filed by a man named Joseph Manzaro, who claims that he was drugged and taken to a birthday for Diddy’s son Christian at the home of Gloria and Emilio Estefan back in 2015. He claims that Gloria Estefan saw him in a “deteriorating state” and told somebody to call an ambulance, but that her husband took Manzaro away.
