The former first daughter filed the paperwork in Philidelphia on Monday, Aug. 11. She was married to Dr. Howard Krein for 13 years.

Howard Krein grew up in the township, volunteered as a firefighter and competed in rodeo before becoming a doctor and meeting Ashley Biden.
