Nils Lundkvist and Mavrik Bourque each signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Stars on Friday. Lundkvist, a 24-year-old defenseman, will be paid $1.25 million and Bourque, a 23-year-old forward, will have a salary of $950,000. Each could have become a restricted free agent on July 1.

Dallas signed starting goaltender Jake Oettinger to an eight-year contract extension with an $8.25-million cap hit last October. At the trade deadline, they re-signed 22-year-old Wyatt Johnston to a five-year deal worth $8.4 million per season.
