Patrick Joseph White, 30, of Kennesaw, GA, was named as the suspect who police say opened fire at four CDC buildings in Atlanta and killed a DeKalb police officer. The suspect was named by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation on Aug.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) identified the suspect in Friday's deadly shooting at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC) headquarters as 30-year-old Patrick Joseph White. The GBI provided no additional information when contacted by Newsweek on Saturday morning.
