The Los Angeles Dodgers are reported to have acquired Zach Penrod, a lefty reliever from the Boston Red Sox with a 2.25 MLB ERA.

The Boston Red Sox have traded left-handed pitcher Zach Penrod to the Los Angeles Dodgers, MassLive's Chris Cotillo reported Friday.

The Dodgers acquired Boston Red Sox pitcher Zach Penrod for cash. In a corresponding 40-man roster move, pitcher Roki Sasaki was moved to the 60-day injured list. Penrod, 28, was designated for assignment by the Red Sox when they acquired Kyle Harrison and Jordan Hicks from the San Francisco Giants for Rafael Devers on Sunday.
