むき出しの力を超えた正統性こそが世界に秩序をもたらす。現在の国際秩序の主導者である米国を自由貿易体制に引き留め、欧州と米国の和解を促し、米国を他の主要国が補完するかたちで新しい国際秩序を構想しなくてはならない。これが米国に対してできる日本からの正統な提案ではないだろうか。
