The U.S. reached an agreement with Russia and Ukraine on ensuring "safe navigation" in the Black Sea and on "developing measures for implementing" a ban on strikes against energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine,

Both countries “to ensure safe navigation, eliminate the use of force, and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes" in the Black Sea.

After three days of separate intensive discussions with the United States, Russia and Ukraine left the latest round of ceasefire talks in Saudi Arabia with agreements to declare a limited ceasefire in the Black Sea and to halt strikes against energy facilities.
