Medgar Evers, whom President Trump called “a great American hero,” has been erased from the website which featured a section honoring Black Americans who fought in the nation’s wars.

Medgar Evers, a World War II veteran who fought segregation in Mississippi, is among service members whose histories have been scrubbed from the site.

The Army has deleted a segment honoring Black soldiers from the Arlington National Cemetery website, including Medgar Evers among others.
