The veteran defenseman in one day was traded from the Colorado Avalanche to the New York Islanders, who then flipped him to the Ducks for future considerations

The Ducks acquired defenceman Oliver Kylington from the New York Islanders early Friday morning in exchange for future considerations, the teams announced.

Ducks general manager Pat Verbeek is making the most of his Thursday. Earlier this morning, he traded defenseman Brian Dumoulin to the New Jersey Devils for a second-round pick and prospect Herman Träff.

After having been JUST acquired by the New York Islanders from the Colorado Avalanche in the Brock Nelson trade, defenseman Oliver Kylington has been traded to the Anaheim Ducks for future considerations.
