Jereimiah Jackson laced a line drive that hit the O’s manager right in the face in the bottom of the fifth inning. Albernaz immediately covered his face with his hands and was tended to by team personnel. Albernaz was taken to a local hospital and missed the remainder of the Monday’s game.
