Dr. Pimple Popper usually sees one patient at a time, but on tonight's episode of her show "Dr. Pimple Popper," the celebrity dermatologist treated fraternal twins with the same skin condition.

The dermatologist tried to cut the cyst out whole, but ended up squeezing out the white mushy contents with her fingers. Dr. Pimple Popper joked with her patient as the cyst spurted liquid all over.

The dermatologist worried the cyst would burst and squirt her. Dr. Pimple Popper squeezed the pilar cyst until it emerged on the surface of the skin in one whole piece, like a jelly bean.

In her latest video, Dr. Pimple Popper, aka dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, takes on not one but two cysts located on her patient's back.

The Southern California-based dermatologist refers to pimple, blackhead, and cyst extractions as "magic" and refers to her followers as "popaholics" who are entranced by her volcanic squeeze videos.
