Downtown Dallas’ newest hotel may be already up for grabs. The JW Marriott opened last summer on Ross Avenue with 267 rooms as a development of Plano-based Sam Moon Group.

A more than 100-year-old Downtown Dallas landmark is set to be transformed from a hotel into a mixed-use project with income-restricted apartments.
