An abandoned apartment building on Detroit’s west side is drawing heavy concern from neighbors who say it has become a magnet for criminal activity.

The new show at Silver Eye Center for Photography documents Eliza Howell Park, a 250-acre public park in northwest Detroit.

The resolution requests that the state's Office of Auditor General conduct an audit that would look at financial records, property transactions and more.
