ParaSport Spokane will be hosting a banquet to help raise money for athletes traveling internationally or competing locally. To support all athletes, there will be a ParaSport Banquet on Jan. 27.

Lt. Gov. Jon Husted issued new guidance Thursday that will enable the reopening of school-sanctioned athletic training, banquet receptions and certain recreational activities.

The former 59 West building has turned into the STS Athletic Complex, complete with training rooms, golf simulators and a new restaurant.

The banquet is held by Brethren Community Ministries to recognize youth involved in training to develop leadership skills in resolving family, neighborhood and peer conflicts without violence.
