Sebastian Mack led UCLA with 18 points off the bench, and Skyy Clark emphasized the team’s lack of energy, but neither could prevent the Bruins from falling in the Big Ten quarterfinals.

The Bruins received a wakeup call as they came out sluggish, fell behind by double digits early and never recovered against the Badgers on Friday.

The Badgers face UCLA in a Big Ten tournament quarterfinal at Gainbridge Fieldhouse at (approximately) 1:30 p.m. The Bruins defeated the Badgers, 85-83, at Pauley Pavilion on Jan. 21. John Blackwell’s last-second attempt to tie the game was blocked and UCLA snapped the Badgers’ seven-game winning streak.
