Five months after Samsung introduced its flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra, it has unveiled the Galaxy S25 Edge. The company’s thinnest phone to date, the S25 Edge, is very similar to the S25 Ultra — yet also significantly different in some crucial ways.

Samsung on Tuesday introduced a thinner version of its flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S25 Edge, marking an unusually early launch. This release comes as the company seeks to keep its mobile division strong amidst a challenging economic landscape and ongoing U.
