True to Michigan, the seasons do not dictate the weather. Temperatures this weekend will be below, but close, to normal for this time of year. However, chances for rain and snow may not be the first thing on our minds when thinking about springtime.

Many across Northern Michigan woke up on Thursday morning to a fresh blanket of snow. The first day of spring saw several inches of snow coating the region, although the accumulation varied county by county.

There is a storm system coming from Canada Sunday into Monday. It will bring some snow into Michigan. I'll detail how much we can expect and where.
