Embattled South Korean superstar Kim Soo Hyun has personally addressed a growing scandal about the nature of his relationship with late actress Kim Sae-ron for the first time, in a closely watched saga that has roiled the country’s entertainment industry.

Actress Kim Delaney was released from jail Tuesday, and prosecutors opted not to pursue felony assault charges from a weekend arrest in Los Angeles.

The arrest followed a domestic disturbance at Delaney's Southern California home that also resulted in the arrest of her husband, police said.

Kim Delaney, alongside partner James Morgan, was arrested on Saturday on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Delaney was booked by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, while Morgan was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. Days later, prosecutors said the couple would not be charged.

Kim Delaney, best known for her roles in”NYPD Blue” and “All My Children,” was arrested over the weekend, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
