A dealer dubbed the "Ketamine Queen" has agreed to plead guilty to supplying the drugs that killed 'Friends' actor Matthew Perry, the US Department of Justice has said.

Perry was best known worldwide for playing Chandler Bing on the hit NBC comedy "Friends."
