After seeing various lulls throughout the season, the Houston Rockets are finally back on a hot-streak. They’ve won four-straight games, and will look to win their fifth against in-state rival Dallas on Friday night.

Houston has advance to the championship game with wins over BYU and Colorado. Friday the Cougars suffocated the BYU offense limiting them to just 20 points in the first half enroute to a 74-54 win. The Houston tandem of Emanuel Sharpe and LJ Cryer combined for 46 points to nearly outscore BYU themselves.

BYU couldn’t stop Houston’s stars. Even without All-Big 12 First Team selection J’Wan Roberts, Houston had no shortage of horses to take down BYU. Emmanuel Sharp scored 26 points, LJ Cryer added another 20 and Milos Uzan provided 14 points and five assists.
