Larry Brooks of the New York Post reported Thursday that the 34-year-old veteran agreed to waive his no-trade clause as part of a trade to the Anaheim Ducks. According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Rangers will send Kreider and a mid-round pick to the Ducks for center Carey Terrance and a mid-round pick.

Veteran winger Chris Kreider is heading to the Anaheim Ducks as part of a trade from the New York Rangers. The teams completed the deal Thursday. The Rangers are getting center prospect Carey Terrance and a third-round pick from the Ducks for Kreider and a fourth-round pick, plus the salary cap space they can use this summer.
